No et deixis enganyar pels dol\u00e7os industrials, que pots trobar en supermercats, i que no respecten la recepta original afegint ingredients com la patata o el moniato per abaratir el cost. A m\u00e9s, s\u2019agreguen conservants i additius perqu\u00e8 la textura tendra prevalgui per m\u00e9s dies.
